Is my heat pump from alpha innotec good?

The electricity meters integrated in heat pumps are usually only estimates. Often the specified values are only calculated and not measured. Alpha innotec does not install an electricity meter in the heat pumps I know of. But we do not know which model you have.

Okay, unfortunately I am not familiar with that.

Ours shows 2664kwh and the meter 2779kwh... yes, an estimate but I think it would be enough for a rough check.

Thank you for your responses. I can already tell I need to provide more information. I'll take a look at what data the heating system itself makes available.

We have recently put a Novelan (rebranded Alpha) brine system into operation and according to the heating system we have the following values: generated 3900kWh heating energy vs. 600kWh electricity with monthly electricity costs of approx. €120-150 (only heating and €0.33/kWh)

Not exactly sure from which year, but the commissioning Alpha Boy said that the function/hardware? heat/electricity meter is mandatory.

If your heating system is integrated into the home network, it can be displayed there relatively easily without having to search extensively on the device itself.
