Is an additional window sensible in terms of lighting? Your assessment

I would probably make a wide window with a railing in the kitchen, so downstairs, and at the front, also downstairs, a second terrace if possible. You could also access it through the main entrance. But where would the garage driveway be, where does one enter the property? Downstairs or on the right?

By the window in the partition wall, I mean that you can also put a window in an interior wall. You can also do this in the WC, as a transom window, e.g. above the door, instead of a lintel, so that you have some natural light in the WC. At that height, no one can look in, but you do have light coming from the hallway. You can do the same opposite the kitchen wall. Just internalize the idea. Hardly anyone thinks of that.
As already mentioned: In the southeast I would add 2 additional windows right away, in the northeast maybe the left one with a railing, so that you have more wall space there?!

If you are planning a 1.80 wall, you could make an L-shaped kitchen on the right and bottom side and place 1.60 high tall cabinets for the oven and refrigerator on the 1.80. Above that, a light strip between the kitchen and hallway... this is just an example...

Oh yes, good ideas! We would want to plan the kitchen exactly like that. With a counter into the dining area. There will be no possibility for a terrace in the front. The property can be accessed through the large northeast windows or doors. The driveway is next to the planned windows on the southeast side.

Please upload the entire project including the site plan. Even though developer houses can only be modified to a very limited extent, there might still be the occasional idea for you. :)
