Hi Schakal,

thanks for a "mustard"... that is warmly welcome!

erm.. do you mean the supply lines into the house? As far as I know (and that's how we calculated it) the power supplier does that. We have to dig a pit (done by the builder) and then they come and lay it. The electrical work (should) start from the "distribution box" (provided by the supplier) with the fuse box...

mmhm we plan to plaster by hand, is there a benchmark for material costs per m²?

we thought we might even glue styrofoam under the ceiling (if we get confirmed that this even makes sense regarding noise+thermal insulation) and then plaster... otherwise just plaster. I estimate about 140 m² ceiling (external dimensions of the house are 8.50 x 10 m)

for the material costs per m²?

The lower one will be a solid staircase and is included in the price. To the attic it will probably be a (prefabricated???) wooden staircase

the attic is about 70 m², material would probably be the insulation (although we inquired whether that might already be included)... so this item is still open

We are planning three bathrooms.
Ground floor barrier-free shower (prepared by the builder as such) + WC and washbasin

Upper floor 1: shower, WC, washbasin

Upper floor 2: bathtub, washbasin, WC and possibly a "prefabricated steam shower" (but that is not included in the 5000 euros, it may be "retrofitted")

Material: of course we would like the finest of the finest, but with the 5000 euros we won’t get that far. Although I have already found a provider online who has great, discounted branded goods.

Furniture for the bathroom is not included in the 5000 euros, it refers purely to the ceramics. Do you think that is too little?

Yes,... I have no idea *g* but my father-in-law is a carpenter and said that with 2000 euros we should be well off...

Seriously: that’s exactly what I always thought. But now we have heard different from various sides. I don’t understand it either. The slab is included in the shell construction.... I think a few bricks *g* can’t cost that much... the builder would consider the garage in the building application. Garage door, windows and an extra door we would have to buy accordingly... what seems difficult to us is the ceiling. It is supposed to be a flat ceiling, what is the best way to do that?

Best regards!!!!

Hello !!
Let's get started:
Alright, we can close the topic of electrical installation, so everything is answered.
Regarding plastering walls
Well, I will have a bit of a hard time with the reference value because it strongly depends on the m³ of sand; I would say you have to ask around where the sand is cheapest and what the current price per m³ is. Then cement and lime are added.
The only thing I can give you is the consumption +/-
Grain size Ø 0 - 4 mm up to 0 - 8 mm. Consumption: 0.3 - 1.1 kg/m² per cm thickness

Ceiling cladding ,.
The thing with Styrofoam is a bit tricky, I would say, firstly it is time-consuming and secondly too expensive; for that you would need Styrofoam adhesive, dowels, mesh, putty (adhesive) and I think the price is approximately around 13-20 m².
The alternative would be a drywall ceiling.
Sanitary fixtures:
Are the tiles already included there?
Interior doors ..
I myself think that one should be very cautious with cheap interior doors because it can happen that they warp, etc.
Garage:
In principle, you can take the cheapest stone available, e.g. cinder blocks or ……
Regarding flat roof, there are a few options, e.g. ready-made concrete slab or a wooden construction roof truss or finally formwork and concrete.
I hope I haven't forgotten anything.
For further questions I am gladly available.

Best regards.

Hi!

That’s exactly how it was for us in our research... we will probably stick to the estimated 5000 euros and hope we’re not too far off...

I think we will see what the developer says and possibly just plaster... what do you think – is that sufficient?

No, we have budgeted another total 5000 for tiles and laminate/carpet.

We have "only" 5 regular interior doors + one sliding door (the kind you attach from outside) planned. My father-in-law says that 250 euros per door is a good estimate (all included), I assume he gets them from wholesale... 500 euros we have for the sliding door and we have already seen a nice one.

Mmmhm, silly question, but where do you buy such a prefabricated concrete ceiling?

That’s great! Thank you very much!

@Maschienenputz I will start looking for such a company, then we have a reference point for the costs. My husband said he doesn't know if he can do it with Maschinenputz or if it's worth it, because you would have to work much faster/should. He said at his pace I can mix the plaster in parallel

Upper floor sound insulation: that’s a good question, I’ll ask the developer directly whether that’s already installed with the underfloor heating. We are getting underfloor heating and will probably lay laminate upstairs. There has to be sound insulation underneath anyway...

Tiles: Do you think 5000 is too little? Could well be, we only looked at the hardware store so far, then we would come close to that price (also really nice and somewhat more expensive tiles)... we will certainly buy them from a specialist dealer, possibly we will have to increase the amount again.

Concrete ceiling I have already googled for a concrete plant nearby.. but found nothing, I have to do that again calmly. But if I have a crane come, that alone already costs a lot of money....

Hello!!
Regarding machine plastering: Well, that's kind of a thing, you need a special device for it. This device mixes the plaster itself and at the same time you spray it onto walls and ceilings and then smooth it out. So your husband would be relieved *lol*
I would leave something like that to a professional. The advantage of this method is speed; I would say a well-coordinated team needs 3-4 days for a house, if you now convert that to your husband + helper, well *lol* ????
Tiles:
I personally think that's too little...
Best regards.

So here I am again... freshly rested from vacation... probably the last one for some time during the house construction project

We have adjusted the tiles once again, so the costs have been set a bit higher...

We don't agree on the wall plaster. My husband wants to try it himself, but we have still planned for the costs of a professional... better safe than sorry If we do it ourselves, we have a few more euros for nice things--- or to patch other holes *g*
