The question is whether the round pipes in the floor structure are okay as they are. There could be problems with the screed if the minimum distances between the pipes are not maintained or if everything is too tight.

I am also interested in the answer to the question from [RotorMotor]. Who designed it that way and what is the plan behind it?

Uninsulated as in the picture is a mess. But even insulated, not the best solution. Why don't the pipes run up along an interior wall?

The pipes have been laid this way because in the originally planned area (supply shaft and dormer area) there is obviously not enough space or the plumber cannot get through the dormers to the attic with the pipes.

It should be executed the same way here.

In the attic, the system is housed and insulated. Otherwise, it is a cold roof.

Then the pipes for the ground floor and basement are to be laid down along the roof before they go into the basement at the ground floor, behind a small partition wall on the wall. I discussed the insulation issue with the site manager and he said it was not a problem. The regular mineral wool is then to be replaced with something "better" behind the pipes.

It will take a while before it is as far along as with the OP. Let's see how the execution looks. I will be watching closely with regard to thermal bridges.

The site architect has now also spoken up and said that it should be changed as follows:

-Pull the pipes apart so that they are not bundled together in the package and in two layers
-if the relatively thin pipes are located in the 20 cm thick insulation so that they are rather inside than outside, that would still be sufficient and uncritical because then you still have the insulation between the pipe and the [Weichfaserplatte] and the [Weichfaserplatte] itself

So it seems okay for now. However, I will watch it closely. Especially when the insulation work is due to be done by the drywall installer.

I would not assume it like that, in that area the complete insulation is missing, so condensation is inevitable.

We only have 1x supply air and 1x exhaust air in the roof slopes, and this was done with a flat duct and behind it towards the wood fiber insulation board it is also insulated. Picture 1

We have a separate supply shaft for the ventilation ducts. Picture 2

As I said, for us the problem is the supply air to the controlled residential ventilation, where it condenses. Picture 3
