Hello,
Lately, I have been looking into energy-efficient renovation and possible funding for my parents. In the process, I came across renovation to an efficiency house and the individual renovation plan. However, it is not entirely clear to me how and whether the whole thing can be combined.
My (perhaps naive) idea is that one can renovate to an efficiency house over several steps (and years) and then receive full funding for each step. For example, renovation to an efficiency house 55
With all these measures, an efficiency house standard should be achievable. However, I currently find it hard to believe that it works the way I imagine, that is, receiving 45% for each step (40% for efficiency house 55 + 5% for iSFP). Funding would have to be paid out already in 2022, even though it is not yet clear that the corresponding standard will be reached. What if, for example, after the first two measures, no more money is available due to special circumstances? What if there is no funding available in 2025?
What is the individual renovation plan intended for if it does not work as described above? Maybe someone can explain this to me a bit more precisely using the example above.
