-do I have to take care of the hinges myself when buying, or is a 95-degree hinge automatically included, for example for a tall cabinet for a refrigerator?
They should then be included on the list. However, you usually don't need them if the refrigerator is not from Ikea, as built-in refrigerators mostly have flush hinges.
-should the Ikea employee automatically provide 95-degree hinges where a cabinet is positioned against the wall?
No, there are no dampers for the hinge. Blum offers an opening angle limiter, but at least so far it does not fit the hinges sold by IKEA.
-Are there dampers for all hinges? I remember that for Faktum there were no dampers for the 153-degree hinges.
-Regarding dampers, I remember an earlier Faktum thread where it was preferable to buy a combined hinge with built-in damper (Bluemotion or so) from Blum instead of buying hinge overlay dampers from Ikea. Is that still the case with Metod?
Dampers are now available at IKEA for the 153° hinge as well.
Otherwise, nothing has changed except that you need different mounting plates than with Faktum.
