Ikea GSP front fails BEHJÄLPLIG axle

Hello,

the front of my Ikea Hjälpsam dishwasher suddenly falls out of the lower axle of the Behjälplig rail every time I open it (see photos). First on the left side, then on the right.

In my research about my problem, I have read several times that this rail (and apparently I also have the previous model) is not good, or apparently even partially a design flaw. Unfortunately, I still have not found a solution for my problem.

Does anyone have an idea what I can do? I am grateful for any advice.

Hi. Perhaps the front hits an edge at the bottom when swiveling and is pushed out of alignment as a result? I noticed this during the installation of the last Ikea dishwasher front.

No, nothing is pressing anywhere - I've already checked.

WOW, that really looks like a suitable solution. The clips enclose the axle, unlike my "old ones". Ordered right away and will try them tomorrow. Thanks!

Unfortunately, that was not the solution to the problem :-( Upon closer inspection, it has now become clear to me that the edge on the left is actually pushing the front away. But why this has been the case from one day to the next is a mystery to me. And unfortunately, I also do not know how to get the problem under control. Does anyone have an idea?
