It could be that the dampers at the front with the small white nipple are not properly engaged. Pull the drawer out again (press the white locking tab on the bottom on both sides and push the rail back), push the damper forward and at the same time push the rail backward until it clicks.

Unfortunately, this problem does not only affect this branch. After arriving home and facing the same puzzle about how the drawer front is supposed to fit together, I went back to Ikea (Hannover- Expo). There, they told me I should drill new holes using the included template. But there was no template. And if you drill new holes where needed, you ruin the cabinet because there are already cutouts for those hinges at that spot. And for that, you also have to be treated at "Service" as if you were too stupid to read instructions correctly. Thank you very much, Ikea.
