In principle, it is not about the representation in the printout for me. I have selected the ME 716 kitchen cabinet (Item no.: 90213568). Unfortunately, I cannot see/find any individual door measurements on the product page on the Ikea homepage. That is why I have followed the article list printout. And there it looks approximately as if the door is 140cm high. I just don’t know where I can find reliable information on how high the door is or whether the doors always have certain heights (140cm, 180cm, ...) and not, for example, 138.2cm, and whether I might have problems later. I want to avoid the problem you described with the door that I have to open when I want to access the open compartments.

Height: 139.7 cm

If the cabinet is 200 cm high, you can have a drawer with a 20 cm front at the bottom, the 140 cm high door, and above it a 40 cm high door.

Sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees!!!

I'm really embarrassed. I've always tried to understand what you meant, but only now did it work ops:
I wasn't aware that I can select the doors individually for the corpus!

You mean now that I basically have to use both the 20cm drawer front and the 140cm door front for my fridge and attach the two separate parts to the fridge, right?

And I can then use the 40cm door front for another compartment...

No, I mean that you install a drawer with a 20 cm front at the bottom, position the base so that it, along with a part of the refrigerator, is covered by the 20 cm front of the drawer. The 140 cm door goes on the refrigerator and the 40 cm door covers, if necessary, a small part of the refrigerator above the appliance door. The compartment behind the door might then only be 33 cm high.

Okay - now I understand!
Thank you very much IKEA expert for your patience and the valuable tips!

Regarding dishwashers, I did a bit more research on the Siemens homepage (maybe interesting for posterity).
The following three dishwashers are XXL with Vario hinge:

I have now decided on this one:
SX758X06TE

    [*]Energy efficiency class: A+++
[*]Energy consumption 237 kWh/year based on 280 standard cleaning cycles with cold water fill and the consumption of low power modes. Actual energy consumption depends on how the appliance is used
[*]Water consumption 2660 liters/year, based on 280 standard cleaning cycles. Actual water consumption depends on how the appliance is used
[*]Energy consumption in the Eco 50 °C program: 0.83 kWh
    [*]Power consumption off / not switched off: 0.5 W / 0.5 W
[*]Water consumption in the Eco 50 °C program: 9.5 l
[*]Energy consumption with hot water connection in the Eco 50 °C program: 0.60 kWh
[*]Water consumption in the Auto 45-65 °C program: from 7 l depending on soil level
[*]The data sheet information refers to the Eco 50 °C program. This program is suitable for cleaning normally soiled dishes and is the most efficient in terms of combined energy and water consumption
[*]Program duration in the Eco 50 °C program: 195 min
[*]Drying efficiency class: A on a scale from G (lowest efficiency) to A (highest efficiency)
