If you want to place two cabinets at a corner, you should use connecting strips between the cabinets so that the doors or drawers can be opened without any problems. The same applies to the straight corner base cabinet.
However, our country is not very large and sometimes you find very small kitchens where every centimeter counts. So I could not install the corner cabinet with the appropriate spacing. Everything still worked fine with the door and the corner cabinet fitting, but when I replaced the pull-out thing with drawers, I had to come up with a solution.
Problem statement:
Solution:
I mounted a board on the drawer, into which I inserted two ball-bearing slides. I mounted the front on these. Now it can be slid to the side:
Since the ball-bearing slides are not designed for forces perpendicular to the direction of movement, I also mounted a guide for stabilization. This consists of an aluminum angle profile and a U-profile, into which I installed ball bearings.
Thus, a pull-out solution with maximum utilization of the space can be realized inexpensively with little effort.
