The kitchen island should be 1.2m deep.

The storage room on the upper floor is shown but not necessarily needed. If there is space left, it will be realized; otherwise, it will be omitted.

A spacious staircase is a wishful thought, possibly also with a "balcony" to be able to see from top to bottom. That would certainly be a point that might fall victim to the costs.
The staircase is definitely causing me problems, as I can't reasonably fit it in the elongated design. (I currently favor the elongated design)

The basement will definitely be built.

Then move away from the straight staircase Or push the staircase to one side. In my opinion, the landing is too small to have an effect. If you dream of stainless steel with a glass insert, it will cost an insane amount.

You yourself have already said that you did not put a price tag on the entire project, but I want to point out to you that in the configuration,

- 220 sqm living space
- Basement
- Double garage
- Autarky
- etc.

you will massively "overshoot" your price estimate/target. Really massively. It will not just be 100k€ or 150k€. In 2019, there will still be a significant price increase due to the Baukindergeld, in addition to the usual annual increases.

I saw no proper layout of the rooms at all, just a Tetris of rooms. I would start with a basic structure before discussing the depth of the kitchen island.

I don't see the requirements and must-haves well implemented. The expertise of the professional is missing.

Was there a site plan or elevations to be seen? But I won't open a PDF anymore now. It is better to upload JPGs if a discussion is to take place here.

Which property is it supposed to be? I cannot tell from the site plan. The PDF does have some dimensions, I assume oriented north, but as drawn there is only about 3 m distance from the south front of the house to the next property, and there is supposed to be a terrace there. To my knowledge, a terrace may not be built within the 3 m distance.

Roof shape Wish: staggered shed roof, gable roof possible.

Style, roof shape, building type modern/ "not a house you see on every corner", therefore wish for a shed roof

With a true shed roof, I could understand that, but I do not consider a "staggered shed roof" suitable to escape the monotony.
