Ugh. the upper floor really looks something. My suggestion: The two children's rooms upstairs lose 2 sqm. I would also get rid of the dressing wall. They are modern, but in my opinion only make sense in a stately size. Especially since it is always dark behind it and needs light. Then juggle the rooms a bit and get rid of that annoying hallway.

In the ground floor, I always find it annoying when you immediately face a solid door upon entering the house. A view into the living room is somehow nicer and makes the hallway brighter and bigger. Maybe swap that around as well.

But to be able to make reasonable suggestions, one would need a site plan of the property with a north arrow for orientation.

The upper floor is really not acceptable at all. However, I can’t quite understand the criticism of the ground floor. What does "boredom" even mean? All I can say is: "So what?". I find the ground floor clearly structured. Surely, something could still be changed there. But at least it is straightforward. Which you cannot say about the upper floor. That is simply "botched", especially the entrance to child 1. It also remains a mystery to me why a guest room has to be that size. In my opinion, there is definitely an urgent need for action.

Is there a specific reason why there are no windows on the right side of the ground floor?

The bathroom and the dressing room are hardly furnished or usable.

On the ground floor bathroom, I would have placed a "Walk-In" shower on the right in the niche and made the guest toilet a bit deeper instead.

It all seems somehow carelessly cobbled together to me.

I would also omit the walk-in closet or enlarge it - currently it's just wasted space.

I'll leave the upper floor aside - it's really a mess at the moment.

I consider tinkering around with this floor plan a complete waste of time. Especially since the OP has not yet answered the questionnaire from the [Eingangsthreads]. Are there really 4 children planned, so that the bedroom has to be downstairs?
