What just occurred to me is that the house does not have a single load-bearing interior wall! That is highly unusual and would at least worry me.

17.5cm is load-bearing. 11.5cm is not load-bearing.

But even there the plan is quite odd. Once 11 cm walls, then 12 cm again. It looks as if the “architect” only has a “cheap” CAD program that cannot handle decimal values.

There is no octameter rhythm there either. Besides, the green forum is also full of praise for it.
