Hello everyone, we have received our first offer and I wanted to ask what you have paid or if this is within range.

It concerns 160 sqm of paving with substructure (parking space, 2 terraces: paving stones at €18.50 net), curbstones, etc.
Furthermore, the splash guard around the house with mowing edge
Distributing topsoil and delivering an additional 20 cubic meters

The whole thing should cost €13,000.

I don’t think the price is bad either.
Alone, about 100 sqm of paving work would have cost us about €10k.
That doesn’t yet include setting curbstones, splash guards, etc.

Topsoil – are 20 cubic meters enough for you? Lucky you.

Thank you for your feedback. We still have 80 cbm as a mound on the property - that will be distributed. The paving should be included; as an alternative, a second value for different paving is listed. Okay, I only asked because the construction expert always writes €10K for the essentials - although it is nearby.

I believe we ended up at around 22-23K€ - for a 24m² terrace, - approx. 50m² simple pavement as a base for the steel garage - ring foundation for the steel garage - approx. 65m² paving for paths and driveway - create stair landing - connect the rain gutters to the sewage - partial splash protection around the house - level the garden, apply topsoil and grass seed
