Weed fabric doesn't need anything special since nothing comes from below anyway. They are all water permeable. You can safely take something cheap. Maybe there is something in exactly your width.

Due to recent events, I am bringing this thread back up and asking some questions to better understand the topic. Since the general contractor (GU) is not handling the exterior areas and our gardener is suitable for rough work but not for details, the issue of base sealing is left unresolved in our case. So far, the GU/plasterer/painter has done the following: 1) Applied 2-component reactive waterproofing all around the house. (Photo attached) 2) Applied adhesion bridge from reactive waterproofing to base plaster. (Photo attached) 3) Base plaster (no photo) 4) Smoothly applied sealing slurry (no photo) 5) Color (primer) coat (photo attached, current condition) The finished ground level is at the lower edge of the floor-to-ceiling windows. We will lay the terrace up to this point and also apply a splash protection around some areas of the house. My specific question is whether a 2-component reactive waterproofing (sealing slurry) needs to be applied again directly onto the finished base up to the level where the splash protection will later be installed? Unfortunately, I am not getting any clearer from countless posts online and various statements from building material advisors. I am aware that a backfill protection (dimple membrane) will be installed, but it is unclear to me whether sealing slurry must be applied again in addition.

No. Noppenbahn and then fill in. But you probably have to extend the light wells, right?

The light wells are extendable and not the primary problem. You often see at bases that a water line forms and the paint peels off. What did they do wrong? Can I fully trust the base plaster that it does not draw water upwards?

I came across this diagram and it makes me somewhat thoughtful. Accordingly, a mineral sealing slurry must be applied again up to above the [GOK]. Structurally, the execution for us is identical to this drawing.
