If the heights cannot be achieved due to the roof slope, there are the options: without or externally mounted roller shutters, shorter windows, or postponing via change order (change order then, if it’s not just a few centimeters). Should already have roller shutters, since the children's bedrooms face west-south-west. However, I am somewhat surprised that this was not noticed before. Did the esteemed planner sleep on the job – or was it us, or a combination of both. In the elevations, you cannot see the roller shutters because they are hidden behind the clinker brick. I just can't imagine whether 215 cm from the finished floor will feel pressing and whether the 5 cm would really make a difference.
