This makes little sense here in the forum; with the plot layout and the deviation from the development plan, an architect must accompany this. You can – if it even becomes necessary – also extend forward, that is to the east beyond the front building line, whereby I roughly assume that you will exploit the 3m boundary distance at the southeast corner; there is not much space left, but it could be enough.
However, this would have the advantage that the garage might slip back west into the building envelope. If you then rotate/adjust the building body and garage a bit, you will probably also manage without additional effort and save yourself time and costs.
