aah yes, thank you, now I have found the floor plan. In short, at first glance I noticed the following:
- the kitchen with the G-layout has the most impractical shape of all time. A double-row kitchen would be more practical and probably cheaper.
- The dining table would give me a "pass-through feeling," standing next to the entrance with a view of the kitchen or sofa. The fireplace could get too warm for those sitting on the side. But I’m not exactly sure about that. I know it from friends who mean well and light the fireplace, and I’m always glad when I still have a decent T-shirt on underneath for a half-strip. :D
- I personally don’t like the living area. But that’s because of my aversion to L-sofas and TVs in the room. If you like it that way, it could work. However, then you have windows behind or beside the TV that let light fall on it. That’s not practical and needs to be wired accordingly.
- the master bedroom is very small with 13m2 for a double bed and a wardrobe. Unless you sleep in a fairly common "Zweifler" here of 140-160 width.
- the wardrobe area doesn’t offer much space. I have about the same amount of space in a normal mid-terrace house. Maybe add the pantry to the wardrobe? And store the supplies in the kitchen/cellar?
These are just a few quick ideas for now. Many things depend on lifestyle and priorities. We don’t even know what you actually want with your house and what you are looking forward to.
