But that is quite nonsense. What if you want to change something about the windows? Then the corresponding room changes, possibly also the functionality. And that way you will be pulling on a tablecloth that never quite fits the table properly.

A lot has already been said about the exterior view. Personally, I find it horrible and uninteresting. The house itself is uninteresting in the exterior view, the window arrangement with the different sill heights is horrible. Thinking in proportions has to be learned in order for it to look good.
