Thank you for your opinion. But would you also have a suggestion for improvement?

You must fill out everything completely. Before people put their brains to work, they also want to know if you can afford it. There's no point in giving you the best tips if you go into a 600k loan with a 4t € household income.

Yes, one or two different parapet heights, remove the corner window (expensive and old-fashioned), move the windows above the large (living room?) window further outward. And personally, I would add color to the house. The white doesn’t stay as nice as in the computer render. Still, I want to say again that it’s nonsense to plan the windows "on their own." Why don’t you show us the floor plan? Maybe you’ll get useful ideas about how to better plan especially the inside of the house walls. In the end, the windows themselves aren’t that important. You live inside and want to look outside and have light. But please in the right places and functions. I hope it works well if you plan so isolated. It would be better to look at the whole construct.

Of course, I do not plan in isolation. I have a 3D planner here and look at every change of the windows from the inside as well. By the way, I submitted the floor plan a few posts earlier. Perhaps you could take a look at it. Thanks! Regards, Thomas

The house appears massive, and I would like to ascribe high functionality to it due to the unflattering proportions. In a new urban villa development area, probably OK. An asymmetrical window arrangement is OK if it has a recognizable structure from inside to outside. Here I do not see that. Taste is certainly a matter of debate. However, it is clear that no design-savvy planner was at work here.

If the house exactly matches your ideas and the statement you want to make with the design, I have no suggestions for improvement. Otherwise, I recommend that the designer engages with proportions, aesthetics, mathematics, and human visual perception. There are reasons why the "golden ratio" and other proportions are perceived as particularly beautiful.
