I think he meant "BEFORE the retrofit". The note about lockable handles is also good; that is an easily retrofittable and inexpensive solution that can be well combined.

Mushroom cams only protect the closed window—and even then only where you cannot quietly clear your way to the handle with a glass cutter. Even if a window that is only tilted should "only remain tilted," the mushroom cams do not "engage." The criminal police are also happy to advise on where to combine which methods.

And then you probably only have RC2N

In your place, I would not install the mushroom heads but additional locks. That is cheaper but possibly equivalent in protection.
