It’s rather the larger switches that are not so easy to find. I had to search a long time to find a 48-port, PoE-capable switch that supports IGMPv3. The popular Unifi switches, for example, are already out. The Edges can do it. But in the end, I ended up with Cisco.
As so often: quality costs, and especially in single-family homes, you don't just spend four-figure sums on a switch. I would only classify the Ubiquiti devices as professional to a limited extent, but they tend to be affordable.
Whereas I do not find the investment of €800 for such a switch in a single-family house excessive. This way, you have everything "out of the Box" for it.
