Hello everyone,
I am planning a house where I will live in the basement and the ground floor, and the 1st floor and the attic can be rented out.
Living area
Basement approx. 60 sqm, ground floor approx. 60 sqm, 1st floor approx. 60 sqm, attic approx. 40 sqm
For this, the basement would of course have to be built as a walk-out basement to ensure enough natural light.
Two questions interest me particularly in advance.
1. How much more does it cost to develop the basement as a walk-out basement? There are normal soil conditions with nothing special to consider. I only want a rough estimate; I am aware that a detailed calculation down to the euro is not possible.
2. How can the access to the upper apartment be best arranged to lose as little living space as possible to the staircase?
