ypg yes you have to think about why most of them come back again! Because they have wrong expectations.
- abroad there are so many jobs and so well paid...
Reality: Germans are only hired when there are no regional specialists left. Especially when the unemployed Hans-Werner-Müller (example name) emigrates without money and of course speaks no foreign language...
Those with good professional qualifications usually find a job worldwide. For me, as I said, this does not apply with jobs, as I am locally flexible.
And before I would emigrate, learning the language is of course clearly on the agenda. Otherwise, I wouldn't be better than those who come to Germany and after years don't speak a word of German.
I don't need to say anything about corruption. It exists in Germany just the same. You just have to know how. Then it is even legal.
. Honestly, I'm not so sure about that. I think it depends on how far along the house is (shell open, roof finished, windows installed, etc?)
Ytong absorbs moisture rather than bricks, etc...
We have a house nearby that had a roof on it but was only finished after almost 10 years. I should find out from them if there were any damages.
