House purchase planning - but completely uncertain

With us, especially at the moment, over 80% (!) of all clients buy without equity. I see problems with some, but with others not.

hm well, I was obviously raised differently... I only buy what I can afford. I also don’t buy a sofa or a car that I don’t have to start paying for until a year later. I would never even dream of tackling such a huge project like a house without any equity. But well, everyone is different. I find it somewhat immoral of banks, though, when they give out loans that are so tight that they can almost only go wrong.

I consider that a rumor. Without equity, not even equity for incidental costs. I work at a leading bank and know different figures

Good attitude. You can finance 100% of the purchase price. But no equity at all...

Yes, for many it is very tight, that's true. But the banks don't really care about that.
