I don’t understand that either. Why does the OP think that he will achieve the best results with as little information as possible? With the small plot and on the slope it is especially difficult. This will probably result in a basement and an upper floor.

Why don't you understand that? Maybe he is doing something great in this summer weather today … he hasn’t been here since yesterday and most likely hasn’t read the inquiries yet (otherwise I would also be "complaining" if he had been online 3-5 times since then)

"Up is north." Unfortunately, I have nothing else from the GEOPORTAL.

The development plan says: The ground floor may be max 50 cm above the street. We find that very little, don’t we?

You say crumbs, for me it was clear. I don’t really know which information is needed. I thought it was clear?

For me, it was just clear. Didn’t know what else one usually needs?

Yes, we had a small family incident over the weekend. That’s why I haven’t been online anymore. But many thanks already for all the help. This morning the builder came up with the idea to "half" dig into the slope. So exposing one side for the windows and placing a garage in the other corner.

Quite interesting what is understood as a "gentle slope." That is quite a steep incline! But I haven't really understood yet whether the property slopes down or up from the street towards the southeast? It rises, right?
Get the section from the Basemap Viewer... those are current topographic maps

But now you could answer the questions to yourself, couldn't you?

Exactly from the street to the back, it goes up about 3.5m.
Since you are only allowed to start 50cm higher than the street on the ground floor, the idea was to partially dig into the slope.
