Normally, DN100 should actually be sufficient - most manufacturers offer them as a set in this size for split heat pumps. The aforementioned brands have an inner diameter of 100 mm. 78 mm is the inner diameter of the standard multi-duct entry, and is clearly too small for these purposes, unless you use more than one inlet - but even then, it is rather tight. I cursed quite a bit when I tried to push my brine pipes (DA40, PE-100 RC pipe) through a single standard multi-duct entry each - it worked in the end, but I do not want to do it again.
