Of course, there are also larger single- and multi-duct systems, such as Kraso KDS 150. You need to check to what extent the suitable system seals there are really available for multiple pipes with standardized diameters (including insulation).

Normally, DN100 should actually be sufficient - most manufacturers offer them as a set in this size for split heat pumps. The aforementioned brands have an inner diameter of 100 mm. 78 mm is the inner diameter of the standard multi-duct entry, and is clearly too small for these purposes, unless you use more than one inlet - but even then, it is rather tight. I cursed quite a bit when I tried to push my brine pipes (DA40, PE-100 RC pipe) through a single standard multi-duct entry each - it worked in the end, but I do not want to do it again.

Okay, thank you for the additional information. The problem is that the pipes would cross a path between the yard and the house entrance. If we give up this path, a solution through the wall would be possible. One would then always have to walk around the front garden to get from the yard to the entrance.

The multi-utility pipe is actually intended for the network providers (water, electricity, telephone, gas (?)) and is sometimes mandatory for them. For the heat pump, basically the mentioned KG pipe is sufficient, which is introduced into the house in close proximity to the heat pump. Where is the problem? Properly sealed like all other KG pipes in the floor slab, no moisture or critters or similar can get in..... Just the same way, for example, additional electrical cables to the garage or garden, etc. are sometimes routed out....!?

I had planned with the house builder to have a KG pipe through the floor slab for the heat pump lines. But my heating engineer preferred through the wall because the pipes are so thick and stiff. Now I have both. So far, no mole has been in the utility room...

A KG pipe can be sealed easily between concrete and pipe. Just like any other wastewater pipe. According to the standard, it is not acceptable to use a KG pipe for lines that are laid in the ground. Whether it is actually that bad in reality I cannot say.
