Then you will go around in circles. Well, we also approached the field from the back then and received a lot of mockery. So first we looked for an architect, developed a concept, and then together with the architect checked all the potential plots of land. The whole process was quite successful; alone you don’t really have the possibilities, time, or experience.

No, not really.

I already advised you in an early post to find a temporary construction partner. That of course implies a relative commitment to a building system and a provider. Provided that the offer and service match - everything can be checked; the provider is what is repeatedly referred to here in the forum as reliable. Many of my colleagues from the competition have been in the job for many years and can therefore contribute a lot to clarification/finding.

If you had initiated this, you would have a contact person today and would not be exclusively dependent on the support of the users of this forum. Which I also consider careless, by the way, because every person has different preferences and the written word is not always equal to the truth, seldom a situation is 1:1 applicable to another construction project.

Rhenish regards

Please read it again then. The plans are available - to me and the house builder. I have been referring to these plans since the first thread.

Why is it that out of the 25k members here, it's always the same 3 species trying to ruin a thread instead of helping???

Huh?? I do have a house builder. A fixed contact person. But he is not an architect. I have to rely on his statements like "Yes, that is possible." But I want to additionally secure myself so that it doesn't turn out differently later, and then the plot has already been purchased. And the assigned architect for all the details unfortunately only comes after purchase through the provider and the plot.
