I am surprised by the response from the building authority. From a service-oriented municipality, I would have expected more content. In our case, the access for corner plots is determined 95% of the time. This means that residents are NOT allowed to freely decide on which street they develop their property, but must choose the predetermined option. Especially because of curb ramps, public parking spaces, and urban planning designs, this is increasingly regulated. Does the western street also belong to the development area (development plan), or only the southern one? Do you have a link to the development plan? Maybe we can find a stipulation there? If nothing is available, you are initially free to choose - until the municipality notices that they forgot a specification here and possibly rejects the building application,...
