Many people refer to that............... What does the home builder say about it? He should know the usual steps to obtain this immensely important information, right? (I do not mean this ironically, you live in a house for years)

Is he building his first single-family house with your house? Has he never read a development plan before your construction project?


Then go to the building planning office.

buy yourself a construction manager / construction supervision what costs nothing, is nothing. I think if the house builder makes a mistake you can't sue us p

Cool that everyone here only sees something negative in my questions and whenever there is a tip, I've already followed it, I've spoken with the office, I have the plans, I have a fixed provider and therefore also a contact person.

Still, I'm the stupid one.

The plot is a bit special because it is angled and that is also fine for my seller – after all, he is the seller and wants to finalize the house contract – somewhat beyond the standard.

But I do not want to buy the plot if something that the seller and I have agreed on for whatever reason does not work out.

This is not an unusual request for the forum, is it?!

If "your" seller cannot answer the simple question at hand here, in my opinion, you should look for another and above all competent provider!


Of course not; it’s the sum of your posts here that reveals a certain stubbornness.


You can freely choose the location of the front door; with any development plan that provides for detached buildings or semi-detached houses! For row house developments, this is only possible with the end houses! The building authority does not care whether you go directly into your single-family house or take a detour around the house.

Hello Henrik,

if the seller cannot clarify with his colleagues whether this can be realized, then you should consider whether your seller only wants a quick deal. We struggle with similar questions, our saleswoman takes such matters up and discusses them with the actual contractor and his people. Honestly, that is the minimum I expect (at least if one has already indicated that they want to work together).
