I will try to organize the list better, it basically is already, but I believe you can’t comfortably upload Excel tables here. I usually focus on removing private and personal information like names, etc. But I will try to do better in the future. :-)

You should have an external construction supervisor anyway. And with Bauherrenhilfe, for example, the review of the construction service description and the contract for work is included in the price. Among other things, it is about preventing any unexpected additional costs from surprising you.

If you want to create real added value here, then at least structure it according to construction phases: the foundation slab should not be placed at the front just because of the alphabet, and I see the assignment of house numbers almost at "z" in terms of sequence.
