I also built with Heinz von Heiden and had a construction supervisor from Wilsdruff. A professional in his field.

You did not address the question from , which would be important in order to answer according to the thread title: What does the income look like after the move? Is the new employment already secured? Will the salaries remain similar? The bank will not ask for the house number, but for the hard facts. Conversely, that could also mean – possibly bringing in more equity!

Moved in 1 year ago and yes, satisfied. You choose the construction supervisor yourself. Not to be confused with the site manager. ;)

400€ per visit… divided into different construction phases, I think normally there are 8 inspection phases (for construction without a basement) + acceptance where he is also present. So everything is quite manageable.
