I also thought for a long time that it was "pushing" to make a deal. We have a construction contractor in our circle of acquaintances and a heating technician who mainly works on construction sites, and both say that the rush of home builders is hardly manageable and that some are probably already fully booked for 2016. I don't know if it is like this everywhere. But it really seems to be booming here.

Alternatively, I am considering a Ytong kit. I have already been to Cologne. Everything sounded good. The question is just what and if you can even save money with it. The hardships during the construction phase are completely disregarded. That would at least make me relatively independent in terms of time for the shell construction. Is there anyone here in the forum who has already built themselves with a Ytong kit? I would be very grateful for an exchange of experiences!

Are you sure about that? Because I almost always find 31.12.2015 as the deadline online.

Can you please provide me with a source for that.

It would be very helpful to me, as we probably want to build in 2016 and as it currently looks, meeting the deadline for submitting the building application by 12/31/2015 will be tight...

Just a general question for you.
From a cost-benefit perspective, would you consider a construction method according to the current KFW-70 standard sufficient, or would you go for the new energy saving regulation?

Hello,

I can hardly answer that truthfully, as our construction specifications have been aligned with the tightened Energy Saving Ordinance 2016 since mid-2013.

Therefore, it depends on the provider you prefer. If they achieve the current Kfw 70 requirements with their owed equipment, I would stick with that and try to ensure that the building application can be submitted within the remaining period.

Rhenish greetings
