House construction 2016 - Which and when are the next steps to take?

I also thought for a long time that it was "pushing" to make a deal. We have a construction contractor in our circle of acquaintances and a heating technician who mainly works on construction sites, and both say that the rush of home builders is hardly manageable and that some are probably already fully booked for 2016. I don't know if it is like this everywhere. But it really seems to be booming here.

Alternatively, I am considering a Ytong kit. I have already been to Cologne. Everything sounded good. The question is just what and if you can even save money with it. The hardships during the construction phase are completely disregarded. That would at least make me relatively independent in terms of time for the shell construction. You were not fully informed. The requirements of the Energy Saving Ordinance will become stricter nationwide in 2016; not only in Rhineland-Palatinate

The current Energy Saving Ordinance expires on 31.03.2016; to meet the deadline, the old Energy Saving Ordinance applies if the building application is submitted in time by the end of 03/16.

I can hardly answer that truthfully, as our construction specifications have been aligned with the tightened Energy Saving Ordinance 2016 since mid-2013.

Therefore, it depends on the provider you prefer. If they achieve the current Kfw 70 requirements with their owed equipment, I would stick with that and try to ensure that the building application can be submitted within the remaining period.
