Hello,

Since we have had no contact with that yet, that would be an interesting note.

About the tub: The "brood" is fledged and we haven't bathed in years. (yeah yeah, easy setup). The shower will be sufficiently large, you can even shower together ... Anyway, everyone as they like. Also, not too much technology will be installed in the kitchen. The connections for a dishwasher will be there, but whether we really need one is up in the air. In the current emergency apartment, we haven't had one for 8 months and we don't miss it. There are no big multi-course orgies, the amount of dirty dishes remains within narrow manageable limits.

What worries us is the heating. Since the overview plan is anything but optimal (sorry, but we don't have a better one yet), we cannot mark the location of a possible air-water heat pump. Since it’s really out in the sticks, we simply fear quite audible sonorous fan noises. The building will be according to KFW 55, but technically we are aiming more for the 40 standard, the pure numbers from panbo theoretically allow this. Only with the "mandatory electricity feed-in" we have internal problems, especially since, due to the sparse population, more conservative heating installers would probably be interested. But that is still in the thinking phase. Pellets or brine heat pumps are ruled out for space or cost reasons.

A controlled residential ventilation system with heat recovery must and will be installed.

Kermit

Have you ever thought about mirroring the bathroom so that the bathroom door is opposite the fitted wardrobe in the hallway? This could potentially allow the upper hallway area to be separated by a door and further isolate the private area. It might also be possible to move the door to the utility room closer to the living room door to create a bit more space for a wardrobe; it is currently very small.

So I think ;)

[*]Bedroom with 320 cm too narrow, there is too little space on the right and left of the bed
[*]only 200 cm wardrobe for 2 people and 100 cm cloakroom in the hallway? For a 4-week vacation that fits, but if you count year-round clothes, year-round shoes, etc., I would be very surprised if that fits for 2 people.
[*]I do not find the solution for going onto the property harmonious
[*]As a storage solution for garden furniture, lawn mower and the like, I would also recommend a closed area and not just a covered area
[*]How is the terrace supposed to be located at the house?
[*]Utility room with building services (controlled residential ventilation with heat recovery) and also washing machine etc. I consider the room too small and too narrow.
[*]I can well understand giving up the tub ;).. I also gave it up in my apartment
[*]Proposed furnishing would really be useful, because it also always expresses a little how someone wants to live and makes it easier to possibly make alternative suggestions.
[*]Guest room... what is it mainly supposed to be used for
[*]Really orient the bedroom towards the south? Wouldn’t north, northeast or something like that be more pleasant?

The window dimensions are not exactly generous even in the shell construction. With the frame, there is little space left for glass and therefore light. It would be too dark for me.

So, I have now looked at the draft (it is only about the room layout) and don’t find it particularly well thought out or optimized.
The location of the kitchen with the two legs is disadvantageous in terms of room area; two equally long legs consume too much living space, which cannot be used differently, and the living room does not benefit from it in terms of spaciousness.
It is simply an empty free area.
Wardrobe too small, hardly any space for cabinets and storage.
For one person, at least one running meter should be planned, plus one running meter for bed and table linen as well as seasonal clothing, winter jackets, and sports accessories. Shoes? Towels also need space, not referring to regular towels but sauna and beach towels.
What you have accommodated in the bathroom with sanitary ware, we have in the guest WC in about 5 cm. But in terms of accessibility and main bathroom, that is okay, although there would still be more potential here.
If you make the kitchen one cabinet width narrower, without loss except for the one cabinet, the utility room benefits. This allows storage cabinets to be placed there, the storage can be smaller so that the door to the bedroom can be moved, allowing for a large closet there.
I would always plan a bungalow in L-shape or plan a wind-protected seating area with the garage... I would also rather place a kitchen at the beginning of the room and set the living room as a captive room at the end so that the person seeking quiet there is not disturbed by the day’s work of the other.
I like the terrace door at the bathroom, but why not then reach the barrel sauna from there, i.e., on the same side of the house as the bathroom, so that there is a relaxation terrace between bathroom and sauna?

I have already given my input on the planning of the site layout.

Conclusion: with the current draft, I would position the house 7 meters from the NW side, further back then between the border and the house a double carport with passage at the house to the north, where trash etc. can be stored hidden.
The barrel sauna then somewhere where the 10 is in the circle. Between bathroom door and sauna a curved path with gravel and planting at the edge. Main terrace in the SW.

Short update I shouldn't have asked you.... ;-) The excerpt from the land registry office has arrived, the plot is almost square 24*24 meters. We want to rotate the house by 90 degrees, the entrance will then face the street. A double carport will be built at the front left, the house moves more to the center. Now we can bother the architect and plan better. Thanks for your suggestions, Kermit smeared from the tablet
