You always have to roll the decorative quartz twice – not just for the color but also for the texture. That way everything is well covered.

Then you have to paint – completely opaque coverage doesn’t work with just one pass. There wouldn’t be more texture with a second pass either. Just a more even texture (which is noticeable especially with medium or coarse).

Ok yes, as I said, the only question would be about an "affordable" but pollutant-free paint for the first coat :)

Caparol Indeko. Good, not cheap. Both at the same time is not possible. From experience: 2 coats for a perfect result.

I have a question about the color behind the sink. In the guest bathroom, we left the wall where the sink is hanging un-tiled. We have a gypsum plaster and as long as it is not constantly wet, it doesn't bother it. Should we still paint this wall with a special color? If yes, what kind? Thanks to you!
