I just took a look at the building plots in Schwabach on J4F. In my opinion, what is being asked for there is an absolute joke. Especially since it's just 4 building plots.

Basically, with municipal allocations, it is either a points system, a lottery, or highest bid. Or highest bid if a minimum score has been reached beforehand. And the demand here is huge. Ebay Classifieds and the local papers are full of inquiries.

). I would like to add that throughout the entire construction project we had a very trusting cooperation (both with the managing director and with our very committed construction manager). Due to many stories about developers from acquaintances, I was skeptical for a long time (rightly so with some other developers we had looked at!), but KHB-creativ really positively surprised me.
I can also confirm what BauMixx wrote about KHB-creativ’s reputation among the craftsmen. Most have been working with KHB-creativ for a long time and they have a very good reputation there.
In addition, I would like to add the following aspect, which in my opinion has received too little attention in the contributions so far: apart from all the service descriptions, a very important question is whether the house fits you and the plot! All the other providers wanted to feed us standard designs with the motto "square, practical, good." KHB-creativ and Böpple were the only ones who really dealt with the plot, the local conditions and our ideas on site. And what can I say: the design from KHB-creativ is simply spectacular compared to what the others had proposed. We were even allowed to look at the design as a 3D model and basically walk through it virtually.
For us, KHB was simply a stroke of luck! Just wanted to share that briefly with you! :)
