Heating costs for Kfw55 - Electricity costs seem too high to me

Are the 6850 kWh only for the heat pump or does the heat pump run on household electricity?

But what is wrong with your values are the reference values. I am aware that the reference values apply only exactly to this property, but here they are simply too high to be a [KfW house]. The Ht for me as a reference is 25.6 and the primary energy is 49.7.
The primary energy value seems to fit for [kfw55].
But the Ht reference value is too high. Therefore not a 55 house.
