Here is a picture of the HT value

Thanks for the tips.
I will google it.

Unfortunately, this is a misconception. The insulation is the lowest standard for a new building. For KFW 55, H‘t 0.28 is at least required, or so I thought?!

The seemingly good values on paper are achieved through the heat pump. If a poorly planned heating system is added, which I would assume here, you will have correspondingly high consumption.

The table with electricity consumption seems to be taken seriously by the provider and only refers to the heating. Nevertheless, I would not use it for future consumption as described at the beginning.

How can one find that out?

Exactly, the background is the, in my opinion, absurd demand calculation. Depending on the heat source (LW heat pump, pellets, gas, etc.), the house is allowed to have a different level of energy demand in order to still meet KfW55. Thus, a KfW55 house with an LW heat pump is allowed to waste significantly more heat through poor insulation than a house heated with gas...

Not really from a distance. You would have to get into the planning of the underfloor heating and especially check what supply temperature was planned. Buffer storage in the system, any valves? Ask for the room-specific heat load calculation and installation plans of the underfloor heating. Maybe there are ready-made comparison houses, otherwise the database with consumption for buildings with this heat pump. Some things you have control over yourself later, such as deactivating all thermostats or settings of the heat pump.

We are currently at €300 heating costs + €110 for hot water, I think it will amount to a total of €600 for this year. Additionally, there would be about €50 for the controlled residential ventilation + €10 for filter replacement. Annual maintenance consists of 3 simple tasks that can be done by oneself. KfW 55 160sqm. Of course, I also have to see how to calculate it. The pump runs on household electricity, so I do not include the base price here again, since I have to pay it anyway.
