What makes you so sure to present this statement as universally valid?

You even quoted the sentence that does not make the statement universally valid.

But for most single-family houses applies:
Expensive: combination of different heat generators although one is sufficient.

Inefficient: total oversizing of the residential unit through combination of all generators that rarely or never can operate simultaneously.

Prone to errors: 3 different heat generators that all have to be combined with each other instead of one heat generator that is perfectly matched to the heating system. Hmm, right. That rather speaks in favor of the combination.

The forum as well as the internet is full of further reasons.

Of course, it always depends. In your case, the investment costs are so high that it will probably never be economical. Ideally, you invest significantly less, so only one heat generator (in my opinion, gas condensing boiler would be the best, but that alone is not legal, with solar thermal it might again become unattractive compared to the air-water heat pump, maybe gas condensing boiler + controlled residential ventilation could work --> an expert has to calculate that).

Trench collector with brine-water heat pump is already a good start. There is another €4500 subsidy. Running costs are practically unbeatable. If you want to invest a bit more, then in a photovoltaic system - the screed serves as a buffer storage for the photovoltaic electricity.

Excuse me? The screed is supposed to be the [Pufferspeicher]?

Yes - screed has a high heat capacity and can store a lot of energy (much more than 1000 L of water can - simply because it is much, much more). Then you turn up the heating a bit at midday and lower it again afterwards. Without these tricks, even photovoltaics are no longer worthwhile at 12.5 cents/kWh.
