It can be set whether hot water or heating has priority, but for comfort reasons it obviously makes more sense to give priority to hot water.
I consider the above-mentioned concept for brine heat pumps to be the simplest and therefore inexpensive and relatively easy to implement without errors.
Regarding tile stoves, I would get more information! You need a stove with very low output, a normally sized modern house has a heating load of about 5-10 kW (deviations upwards/downwards are possible), no idea in which sizes tile stoves are available, but 5 kW is already quite large!
