Is a heat pump meter sensible? According to the bill, yes, but is that correct?

The consumption of just under 5000 kilowatt-hours is correct and has stabilized at this level since the second year in our house with 2 persons.

Our consumption is also about 5000 kWh, with photovoltaic 13 kWp and storage 10 kWh there remains a grid draw of about 1500 kWh per year, which is not worth dividing further on the meter.

So 2 meters are rather rarely worthwhile.....
Expansion also costs.

Unfortunately, we have 2 meters installed.

And only because the basic fee is so low, it’s still worth it (heat pump meter).

For normal electricity, we pay just under 29 cents with a €10 basic fee.

In summer, almost only the domestic hot water heat pump runs, and in winter the air-to-air heat pump runs about 8 hours a day due to humidity.
