Hello Gerddieter,
ok, I will still make a complaint. For the following reason.
The head of the company was on site several times and had seen the trade of his company.
So he had the opportunity to correct the mistakes of his employees.
Unlike me, he is not a layman. He notices such things immediately. He remained silent.
I, on the other hand, as a layman, was fooled by the designation of a specialist company.
The company claims to represent traditional craftsmanship and that they have been on the market for more than six decades.
The company claims to be a training company that values cleanliness of work and professional competence.
The company claims to lay professionally and that ".... knew what makes a perfect parquet floor."
Through all these formulations, the company sets high standards for its own work and I think it was well paid.
In my opinion, these people should now meet the high standards with which they advertise to their customers.
Why should the above suddenly no longer apply just because I accepted it out of lay ignorance without signing any form? Legally speaking, that may be the case. Or maybe not?
On a personal and professional level, however, that is absolutely not fair! It is simply sad!
I will inform you about how the matter develops and express my thanks to all of you for the great help.
See you soon
