At least questionable whether the required height after insulation would still be given according to the current standard ;-)

The upper floor is 249cm. But everything I measure on the ground floor is more than 250cm (normally 250.5cm).

I called the housing office. I was told that a copy of the court record is accepted for the purchase. In my sales transaction, the court was the notary.

Please excuse me for briefly hijacking this thread. But I am facing the same task and therefore have a question for regarding the negative certificate. Is it correct that you obtain this from the housing office, or which office is the correct one here? Did you simply call them and ask what kind of proof they want from you and in what form?
