The control photos are evidence in an administrative offense procedure, and even without aerial photographs, a drone flight in Germany is a matter where a whole bag full of regulations must be observed. In addition, a service drone is a sacred item in the inventory. Not everyone is allowed to handle it to whom you would entrust the restocking of copier paper. Nevertheless, I do not want to rule out that it is not regulated in some federal states. P.S.: but where it is regulated, you can be sure that at most two employees per building authority are sent to this training.

This is even regulated at the European level. Every (German) drone pilot requires a corresponding certificate from the Federal Aviation Office. And yes, building authorities also use drones. And cadastral offices and…

I believe hardly anyone here fully adheres to the development plan - not even the city. They were supposed to plant a slope with a specific type of plant, but they didn’t. Everything just grew wild.
In the back area of our property, the number and exact types of trees were specified. I think we were supposed to plant 3 trees in certain spots. That’s not possible because of our area collectors for the heat pump alone. Instead, we only have 1 apple tree, hedges, and several larger hydrangeas. The neighbors put garden sheds in those spots instead of trees.
The hedges at the intersection are supposed to be only 1.2m high. Most likely, that has been exceeded, etc.
That’s why no one complains, because some requirements in the development plan are totally crazy and no one follows them.

The plans are binding, including for the issuer. Unfortunately, you then have to escalate because you can’t complain about the city to the city itself.

Please give an example! ..

Because of safety. … until something happens... only then will people think. Laziness, inertia… pure selfishness that nobody should be able to look onto the plot. Do it exactly like that: ask him how much he had to pay to buy himself out. Then you can still refer to the development plan and after the conversation you’ll have one more enemy.

Ours. There is a complete blog article on the topic, but here is the summary: 1 tree per 150sqm according to planting list 1, 2 shrubs according to planting list 2, or 1 fruit tree according to planting list 3. Planting list 1 includes the mentioned large trees, so completely useless. I would like a large tree, but I am missing at least 300sqm of space for that, rather more. For planting list 3, only standard trees count, which is nonsense too. Only list 2 makes sense, these are large shrubs like hazelnut, elderberry, etc. which, at about 4m height and limited width, also fit grown mature into today’s plot sizes.
