Before or after the investment costs for the ST system have been recouped? Just calculate an example, it doesn't have to be exactly to the cent...

I would like to join that. If the building application is still submitted this year, do the rules discussed here apply? What exactly is required to get a certificate that you are 15% below the minimum requirements of the [Energieeinsparverordnung]? Or rather, what costs arise from this?

We are currently also leaning towards gas and would like to avoid solar if possible.

Yes. But free yourself from the idea that you can still submit the building application this year; that will never work. Your building partner can tell you about the costs; it depends on the house. The KfW accepts the proof in form - front - of form 153 and after completion of the construction measure the confirmation that KfW 70 was actually achieved. Rhineland regards

Thank you, construction expert. Why do you think that submitting this year is no longer possible? Although you might be saying that because I mistakenly said building application. We are dealing with a [Freistellungsverfahren] according to § 67 [Bauordnung NRW]. We want to complete that this year.

It is November 24, 2015 - to apply for a building application as well as for the exemption procedure, a preliminary site plan is required. Ask a surveyor when he thinks he can hand it over to you. Then all the architects are fully booked up to the upper jaw because Christmas is so unexpectedly around the corner; it was only announced yesterday that the Energy Saving Ordinance is changing. You also don't really have time until 12/31/15 - "between the years" the building authority works as much or as little as the private sector does. Rhineland regards

Ok - in our case it looks like the site plan does not need to be created by a surveyor or is already available. The necessary documents will be prepared by people from the family and their contacts (these would be a civil engineer, draftsman, and architect), who have all promised that this will be completed this year. In 4 weeks we will know more about whether it really worked out.
