Hello everyone,
I now have a gas stove in my new apartment that I operate with propane gas (bottle).
I have a question:
Does this adapter, which is between the large pipe of the stove and the thin pipe that goes to the bottle, require a gasket or not??
I went to the hardware store and they said that no gasket goes in there, because it would damage the gas seal.
I have now screwed it together without a gasket and only with Teflon tape. So far it is tight. But isn't there usually a gasket in there??
I am grateful for any tips!
Greetings!
