I guess that’s not what your Gala means by “mutual agreement.” He wants money, which you will/want to transfer only with a counterperformance, and he rather only sees that you owe him money. sorry, but we are not playing guessing games or wishful thinking here. As an end consumer, I ALWAYS assume gross prices. There is a legal requirement for good reason. I remember that I also asked him at the beginning whether we are talking about net or gross prices. In landscaping, you have to make decisions relatively quickly and cannot wait for a quote every time there is a change.
