Garage? The agony of choice

I can gladly post what we are currently planning and want to build (double garage 6 x 9 meters). Integrated into our residential house, so we will plan it firmly: (Prices net)

[*]Sectional door + side entrance door 2,000 euros
[*]Drive + electrics available and own work

[*]Screed garage 49sqm at 10 euros 490 euros
[*]Floor coverings, painting garage 800 euros
[*]Planning 2,500 euros

Totaling approx. ~30,000 euros gross overall.

That’s still a bargain.
Our offer for a solid masonry garage (30cm concrete hollow block), 7x7, 2 windows 1.26*1.26, 1 door, 1 sectional door 5.50 with drive, concrete ceiling with flat roof and parapet, paved floor covering (without floor slab, on gravel) was 40,000€.

Prefabricated garages already look so shabby after a few years... I don’t want that.

Sectional door (isn’t it 5m?) plus side entrance door you will never get for 2000 euros...

A few weeks ago I found an offer on the internet for a Hörmann door including installation + door for just under 2,000 euros. That's why our estimate.
Yesterday I casually contacted a company in the area for an offer, let's see where they are.

That was actually also our first impression, that we are quite good with the planning. It is supposed to be something reasonable. Just the roof and the integration into the residential building (partly with glass roofing) costs money and certainly cannot be compared to a prefabricated container.

You are already out 2000 euros for the sectional door - without drive and installation. And in the cheapest version from Hörmann.

Then you want a side door in there as well? I paid around 800 euros for it with automatic lock (mechanical) and a window.
