Is this a purely academic discussion about compliance with regulations, or are there real, even frequent, disadvantages for builders? Apart from the fact that a regulation was not complied with, of course.

I myself was presented with some DIN standards during house construction, and some of it was nonsense, it was no longer respectable. Partly because they allow extremely generous tolerances but also raising suspicion of job creation measures, to justify the profession. From a builder's perspective, both. One can guess who wrote these rules...

A typical comment for users who cannot or do not want to understand. This is about the execution of a foundation and a slab. What must be planned and calculated normatively according to the Energy Saving Ordinance and DIN 18014 are basic principles that every practitioner should know.

Everything that exceeds one's own horizon is gladly attributed to lobbyists in general. That soothes one’s conscience when one does not want to engage intensively enough with the respective subject matter.

Practitioners are stupid. Users here are stupid. None of them can cite DIN, oh dear.

Seriously, you certainly have some expertise, but you won't revolutionize the craft here by lecturing.
By the way, devaluing others does not help to convey your message.

I maintain my question: What specifically happens to all those buildings that are apparently mostly not executed according to DIN?
Please no quotes and references, but get to the point.

And I am only commenting here on the foundation earth electrode and the base slab and no one will distract me from that.

What happens to the foundation earthing and the base slab, respectively to the structure, if they are not executed correctly according to DIN but are "thrown in" by the shell builder? Just to make it clear, I do not want to justify this practice. I have nothing to gain from it. I just want to understand.

I don't believe a word of it, and if you trained as an electrician, you cannot want your customers to be able to associate you with the question. Why this is so can already be read in old VDEW guidelines for embedding foundation earth electrodes in building foundations, former TGL regulations of the GDR, which still had the character of law, and all DIN 18014 standard successors and also secondary literature, especially the DEHN lightning planner. You keep to yourself whether you have a journeyman's or master's certificate, and I assume you are identical with other nicknames with which I have already had too many unproductive debates. Get the standard or take a look at the DEHN lightning planner.
