Here is the comparison. Interhyp has also set the same market value. Only the date of the offer is different.
Could it really be due to the 3 days?

Ok,

I thought the KFW loan runs out after 10 years, so in 2023?
and the rest then in 2024?

and yes, 3 days already have a small interest effect ;)
BUT not here

SO:
with a rate of 1793 or 1805€, I assume FULL REPAYMENT in 15 years. that benefits the conditions.

If I assume that you are "an employee"
and the house has a good energy rating (i.e. less than the max. final energy value of 75 kWh per m²)

then you can currently expect about 1.09% (effective 1.10%). That’s exactly what my calculator shows + I have conditions (the cheapest from the last 4 days, so also from 01/14.)
The base rate hasn’t moved much in recent days (max. 0.03% difference) but Commerzbank raised the rates for 15 years by 0.19% on 01/11. (other fixed interest terms as well) Even though they say there shouldn't be such big deviations with full repayment.
So a week ago it was probably still slightly above 1.00%...

PS. with 1.5% commission I currently get an interest rate of 1.21% at Commerzbank, so I don’t want to know what Interhyp included in their 1.25%.

PS2. Repayment start is 09/2024, so disbursement by 08/30/2024?

KfW was never mentioned here. :)
I only have a loan with a term of 15 years. Full disbursement was 02/2014. So I can get out in 08/2024, which is my goal.

Sorry,

when you work on several things at the same time...

right, so only 1 loan, then it fits.

From when can one start thinking about forwards? We bought our house in 2015. So 2026 is still a bit away but just for the later future... Thank you!
